What Materials May Contain Asbestos?

Inspection samples are sent to qualified independent laboratories selected for their licensing, certifications, quality-control standards, and analytical capabilities.

Asbestos Air Monitoring & Onsite PCM Analysis
Material testing is only part of Brady Environmental’s asbestos capabilities. We are also a Texas-licensed laboratory for the analysis of asbestos air samples by Phase Contrast Microscopy (PCM).

Does the entire building have to be tested?
Not necessarily. For some renovations limited to a specific area, the inspection may focus on the materials that could be disturbed within the project area. The scope should be determined based on the work being performed and applicable asbestos requirements.
What happens if asbestos is found?
Finding asbestos does not automatically mean every asbestos-containing material must immediately be removed.
