Our staff regularly attends refresher and continuing education courses in all areas of asbestos and indoor air-quality. Our directors have designed and managed over a thousand environmental remediation projects. They have never had a claim filed against them related to any work performed. Key Personnel The professional staff of Brady Environmental Services has extensive commercial and municipal building experience with an array of air-quality issues including, but not limited to asbestos, mold and lead. Dawn Swinnea, Owner, Director and Consultant. Certified PLM analyst, 582 analyst, TEM analyst, accredited EPA building inspector, management planner and licensed consultant. Served on the board of directors, managed the accounts and performed sample analysis for an environmental engineering firm in Tyler, Texas for ten years. Dawn was also a laboratory research analyst at The University of Texas Health Center at Tyler for five years, participating in asbestos research studies. Layne Simmons, Inspector/Estimator. Serving the San Antonio and central Texas region. Brad Swinnea, Inspector / Estimator. Serving the Texas Rio Grande Valley. Mark Swinnea, Consultant. Mark serves as the Operations Manager for Brady Environmental Services with over 20 years experience as an Environmental Engineer and Consultant. Eddie Harmon, Mold Consultant. Eddie has conducted hundreds of indoor air-quality investigations in a variety of settings since 1995. Licenses include asbestos inspector, project manager and mold assessment consultant. Eddie is also certified as an indoor air quality consultant and indoor air quality professional. Robert B. Camp, Management Planner. Barry is a licensed asbestos management planner and building inspector. Barry is a retired school district facility director and has experience in all aspects of school environmental concerns. Bryan E. Artley, Project Manager. Bryan has been in the environmental consulting field since 1991. Licenses include asbestos inspector, air monitoring technician, project manager and mold assessment technician. Bryan is also an accredited asbestos PCM and PLM analyst. Kevin Combs, Project Manager. Kevin has been in the environmental consulting, abatement and demolition field since 1992. Licenses include air monitoring technician, asbestos inspector and project manager. Steve Bussell, Project Manager. Steve has been in the demolition and abatement business since 1987. Steve has estimated and managed hundreds of demolition projects of varying complexity including residential, commercial and industrial work. Licenses include project manager and asbestos inspector. Darwin J Smith, Project Manager. Licenses include air monitoring technician, asbestos inspector and project manager.
