Our staff regularly attends refresher and continuing education courses in all areas of asbestos and indoor air quality. Our directors have designed and managed over a thousand environmental remediation projects. They have never had a claim filed against them related to any work performed. Key Personnel The professional staff of Brady Environmental Services has extensive commercial and municipal building experience with an array of indoor air-quality issues including, but not limited to, asbestos, mold and lead. Dawn Swinnea, Owner and Director, Certified PLM analyst, 582 analyst, TEM analyst, accredited EPA building inspector and management planner. Served on the Board of Directors, managed the accounts and performed sample analysis for a consulting company in Tyler, Texas for ten years. Dawn was also a laboratory analyst at the The University of Texas Health Center at Tyler for five years, participating in asbestos research studies. Mark Swinnea, Consultant. Mark is a registered Professional Engineer and licensed consultant. Mark was owner and operator of a Tyler based environmental engineering firm from 1992 through 2001. He has designed and managed over 1,000 environmental remediation projects and has performed over 1,000 environmental remediation investigations involving air quality issues for public, commercial and industrial clients. Eddie Harmon, Consultant. Eddie has conducted hundreds of indoor air-quality investigations in a variety of settings since 1995. Licenses include Asbestos Inspector, Project Manager and Mold Assessment Consultant. Eddie is also certified as an Indoor Air Quality Consultant and Indoor Air Quality Professional. David Gable, Operations Manager. David has six years experience in the environmental consulting and abatement field. Licenses include Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor, Air Monitoring Tech, Asbestos Inspector and Project Manager. Thomas Thacker, Project Supervisor. Thomas has been in the environmental consulting and abatement field since 2000. Licenses include Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor, Air Monitoring Tech, Asbestos Inspector and Project Manager. Steve Bussell , Demolition Services Estimator/Project Manager. Steve has been in the demolition and abatement business since 1987. Steve has estimated and managed hundreds of demolition projects of varying complexity including residential, commercial and industrial work. Kevin Combs , Project Supervisor. Kevin has been in the environmental consulting, abatement and demolition field since 1992. Licenses include asbestos contractor/supervisor, air monitoring technician, asbestos inspector and project manager. Stephen Bussell , Project Supervisor. Stephen has been in the environmental abatement and demolition field since 1992. Stephen is an EPA accredited asbestos supervisor and certified RFCI supervisor. Stephen has managed hundreds of environmental remediation and demolition projects.
